- STIFFNESS TESTING MACHINES of several sizes and forces for the deflection of GRP & GRE pipes
- SPLIT DISK TESTING MACHINES of several sizes and forces for the determination of the GRP and GRE hoop stress
- LONG TERM TESTING CELLS for GRP & GRE pipes with several lay-out, sizes and up to 850 Bar
Main "ON LINE" Equipments are:
- GRP and GRE pipe Hydrotester of several types, sizes and forces for the Pipe pressure testing as for International Standards
"CTC" is organized for the worldwide supply of Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Spare Parts
Moreover, "ctc" can supply:
- Aluminum moulds and Steel moulds for GRP & GRE pipe fittings
- Complete tailored hydraulic and pneumatic pistons, Hydraulic pack unit and automation valve panels for machines and process control
- Manufacturing of high quality Steel Mandrels for GRP / GRE pipe production up to 1200 mm diameter and 14 m length
- Complete Electrical Control Boards inclusive of tailored electric diagrams and software development
